North Shore Christian Men’s Choir is and has been involved in a variety of ministries. The choir’s roots come from performing it’s distinctive, sacred music in Sunday morning worship services.

The choir has also been involved in prison ministries having performed at several prisons. This ministry includes ministry to both men and women prison inmates in Massachusetts.  In the past we have been involved in leading worship services at the Middleton House of Corrections, the Lawrence Correctional Alternative Center and at the MCI Framingham for women.

North Shore Christian Men’s Choir has also been involved with other ministries around the greater Boston Area. We have performed at Vision New England’s annual event, "Congress which is held in Boston. We have also been a part of the North Shore Christian Network, having performed in their "Stars for Bucks" fund raiser.  We have also provided worship and praise services at some of the North Shore's nursing homes including the Montserrat of Beverly Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, and at the Radius HealthCare Center at Danvers.  Another important ministry that we have been involved with over the past few of years is the Boston Rescue Mission where we have been a part of their Friday evening worship services on multiple occasions.

"Give Thanks to the Lord Almighty" for our "Rebuilding Lives" Community Concert -  On Saturday, June 23rd at 7:00pm, the North Shore Christian Men’s Choir, in partnership with World Vision International, held a concert at the the Fuller School Auditorium, Blackburn Circle, Gloucester, MA to support world missions by bringing attention to the tragedy of child enslavement in rebel armies. Grace Akallo, author of the book Girl Soldier, gave personal testimony of her captivity to armed rebels of the Lord’s Resistance Army, a violent rebel group operating in northern Uganda. Filmmaker Steve Baldwin premiered his 15 minute documentary Hope for Uganda, a story of improbable triumph in the face of unimaginable tragedy. It is the heartbreaking true story of former child soldiers recovering from the horrors of war in the Acholi homeland of northern Uganda.  At the end of this concert, attendees sponsored at least 25 children through World Vision - PRAISE GOD!
